Optimal Charger Performance: Correctly sized cables minimize voltage drop, ensuring your DC/DC charger receives the input voltage it needs to deliver full output current to your auxiliary battery.
Full System Safety: Includes an essential MIDI fuse and holder for the starter battery connection, protecting against short circuits and wiring faults. Heat-shrink sealed, tinned copper lugs resist corrosion.
Vehicle-Grade Durability: Cables feature fine-strand tinned pure copper wire for maximum flexibility and vibration resistance. Abrasion-resistant double PVC insulation stands up to engine bay temperatures and harsh environments.
Conductor: Fine-Strand Tinned Pure Copper (Oxygen-Free, OFC) – Superior conductivity and fatigue resistance vs. CCA (Copper-Clad Aluminum).
Terminations: High-quality, tinned copper lugs with adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubing for a waterproof, corrosion-resistant seal.
Fuse Protection: In-line fuse holder with 70A MIDI fuse (standard). Other fuse ratings available (e.g., 60A, 100A). Fuse must be sized per your DC/DC charger's maximum INPUT current.
Select based on your DC/DC charger's MAXIMUM INPUT CURRENT and TOTAL CABLE RUN LENGTH (Positive + Negative path).
